Business correspondence and communication
Sky Trading LLC converts a client’s business requests into a defined set of tasks, questions and next steps, and organizes the relevant documents and correspondence for the client’s review.
The company reviews routine English emails, notices and provider communications, explains their substance, prepares replies and follows up with the relevant parties at the client’s direction.
Bill management and payment coordination
The company organizes bills, invoices and receipts, tracks due dates and resolves billing questions directly with providers.
Clients review and approve every amount and payment instruction. Within the agreed engagement, and only with the client’s express authorization, the company may settle bills or advance payments on the client’s behalf.
Personal matters and scheduling
The company manages appointments, reminders, routine service inquiries and the follow-up that personal matters require. Tasks and priorities are agreed with the client in advance.
Event and dining reservations and purchasing assistance may be arranged as part of an agreed engagement, at the client’s direction.
Instructions and authorization
Clients may issue instructions by text message, chat or email. The company confirms the scope of each request and obtains the client’s authorization before making any payment or commitment on the client’s behalf.
Written instructions and the related correspondence are retained with the task record.
Purchasing and payment advances
Where a task involves the purchase of goods, the company acts solely as the client’s agent. Title passes directly from the vendor to the client; the company holds no inventory and does not purchase goods for resale.
Amounts advanced for authorized purchases or bills are documented with supporting receipts or invoices. The client reimburses the exact amount advanced, and the company’s service fee is stated separately.
Returns and cancellations
Returns, warranty claims and cancellations are handled on the client’s behalf in accordance with the vendor’s policies.
Fees and records
Service scope, fees, deposits and payment terms are set out in the written client agreement. Client expenses and the company’s service fees are always identified separately.
Engagement records comprise the client’s instructions, relevant correspondence, bills, receipts and invoices.
